The Spanish property market is officially booming.
A report made by the most important Real Estate consultant in Spain has recently showed that Spain is gaining positions for real estate investment.
In less than two years, the country has raised 10 positions, overpassing France Hong Kong, China and Italy.
As usually the most demanded areas are the ones with more affluences of tourist and with a high infrastructure in services and transports as airports or trains.
Spain is now the sixth largest market for real estate investment in the world, according to the latest report by CBRE real estate consultants.
