According to the study “Residential Market in Spain” Andalusia is one of the communities that will lead the purchases of housing with more than 74,000 transactions throughout 2015.
Andalusia is one of the communities in which the concentration of the stock of housing will continue to rise, so that the increase in house prices is expected to be slightly higher than the Spanish average.
Regarding remarketing rental, Andalusia is one of the most active sectors of Spain, especially in the capital and the first residential ring, due to the economic situation of households and the lack of funding.
On the other hand, new housing construction is picking holiday ever, especially in Marbella, Estepona, Mijas and Sotogrande, with a more dynamic market, nourished by domestic and foreign customers.
