Andalucía, top autonomous community in Spain for buying and selling property
Property buying and selling rate increased 14% in November compared to the same month in 2013, adding up to 25,200 transactions, according to the Instiuto Nacional de Estadística.
Due to the strong rise of resale property sales, property buying and selling has increased 14% within the month of November compared to the same month in 2013.
The Instituto Nacional de Estadística’s (INE) data shows the gradual growth in the property market. September and October had rises of 13.7 % and 16% respectively.
This increase is because of a 41.6% increase in resale property sales (17,433 transactions) compared with the 20.6% of new-build properties (7,767 transactions). New property sales have not been this low since 2007.
These figures confirm the recovery of the Real Estate sector after several stagnant years.
Andalucia Autonomous Community was highlighted, by the last reports, as the area that has generated more property sales with 5,319 transactions, followed by Cataluña (3,849), Valencian Community (3,590) and Madrid Community (3,402)
Due to these spectacular properties on sale, it is clear that Andalucía has been confirmed as the autonomous community carrying out the most property sales.
