In terms of average price per square meter of the homes purchased in September it was 1,242 euros, reflecting a slight increase of 1.7%. The cost per square meter of housing is due both to increased price per square meter of apartments (+ 2.7%) and the increase in the price of single-family homes (2.3%).
Another important fact is that in September, the sale of other real estate operations stood at 7,394, up 11.8%, of which 42.6% were for solar fields. The average price per square meter of these transactions amounted to 201 euros, representing a fall of 5.7% yoy.
